Di Williams
Head of Group HR
Di joined Affinity Group in August 2022 as Head of Group HR. Di holds over 15 years of experience in a HR role within the financial services and education sectors. Di has worked in numerous large teams and has developed the skills on how to improve staff performance, company culture and moving it forward with the overall business strategies.
Di has achieved various qualifications throughout hers years in practice to support her development, including Chartered Fellow of CIPD (Chartered Institute Personnel and Development), NVQ Level 4 – Training & Development Human Resources, NVQ Level 5 – Training & Development Strategy, and Certified practitioner of the art and science of Neuro Linguuistic Programming.
Di will be responsible to lead, direct and formulate the HR strategic perspective in line with the Groups goals and objectives. Di will implement relevant HR policies and procedures which will support the achievement of business objectives through people.
Di will establish the strategic direction for Training & Development in the company, to help drive the Group achievement of its goals through its people. Di will maintain consistent Performance Management across the businesses and work with the Senior Management to ensure the team and individual goals fall in line with the overall company strategic objectives.
In her spare time, Di enjoys painting & decorating, walking, yoga and Zumba. She loves going out in the evening with the girls and also supports Liverpool FC.
