Hitting new Peaks on their Adventure…
2025 has welcomed some well-deserved promotions for some of our team members.

In addition to client work, Kate has formed many intermediary relationships, which has resulted in a natural flow of new business to the company.
Kate’s can-do attitude and dedication to her clients has led her incredible progression, and we are delighted to announce her recent promotion to Manager. As Manager, Kate guides the yachting team to support them with their day-to-day job responsibilities and professional development.

Expanding to new territories…

Launched in 2024, Affinity Sports is a dedicated multi-family office solution tailored for professional athletes. It offers comprehensive financial and lifestyle management support. Still in its early stages, we focus on building our reputation in the industry and forming valuable relationships with partners.
In 2025, our team is focusing on promoting Affinity Sports globally. Our sports leaders will travel across the globe to share our unique solution and meet with our network of partners and newly signed clients. Our leaders will also attend seminars and events throughout the year to learn from experts and develop their industry knowledge.
Sailing to new regions…
Like every year, our yachting team will head to the prestigious yacht shows in the Mediterranean in September, including Cannes and Monaco.
This year, we are also setting sail to some new destinations…
In February, our Director in Mata, Joanne, will attend the Dubai International Yacht Show. With over 33,000 visitors, the show is recognised as one of the Middle East’s most prestigious and highly anticipated boat shows on the global stage.
Joanne will fly the Affinity flag by sharing our bespoke yachting corporate services in Malta, the Isle of Man, the Cayman Islands and the USA. Joanne will also be there to network, engage with industry leaders, and discover the latest trends and innovations shaping the sector.
Having expanded to the U.S. last year, our team will also attend the Palm Beach International Boat Show in March. Situated at the Palm Harbor Marina, our Group CEO, Andy, and Group COO, Alex, will be there to network in the sector.
Our team will also be present at the London Boat Show this year.

Continuing our track record of success…
As leaders in the eGaming sector, our Business Development team will travel globally this year to attend the leading eGaming conferences.

The team has already checked off their first destination, ICE Barcelona, which is recognised as one of the largest conferences in the industry. Affinity is an official stand partner with the Isle of Man Government, representing the Isle of Man and our leading eGaming licensing and corporate services.
The eGaming industry is not slowing down, and our team has a full itinerary for the rest of the year, including Casino Beats, IGB Live, SBC, and SiGMA in Malta and Rome later in the year.
Taking on the journey together…
As we continue to grow across the Group, we are committed to maintaining our strong company culture, which unifies the team. We will do this by upholding our values, honesty, communication, respect, and inclusivity to ensure our team members have support and room to excel on their Adventures.

“An adventure is a journey of exploration; it is not always knowing where you will end up but having the courage to pursue what feels right.”
In 2025, we will continue encouraging our team members to take on new challenges to reach their ultimate potential.
Recognising and rewarding…

We have implemented several initiatives in the Adventure to recognise our team’s performance. One of our favourites is ‘Pioneer of the Month, ’ which involves one team member, voted by the team and leadership, being recognised and rewarded each month. This team member has exceeded their daily responsibilities to support the wider team.
We can’t wait to see our Pioneers in 2025.
To making more memories…
An integral part of our culture is making memories together outside the workplace, which strengthens our team bond.
Our social and wellness committees across the Group always make an incredible effort to bring the team together for fun events throughout the year.
We had some hilarious moments together last year, from fabulous wellness brunches and workshops to sports days and fancy-dress parties.
Here’s to making more memories on the Adventure in 2025!
