Ray joined the Company in June 2015 as the Compliance Officer

Ray has worked in the financial services industry for over 12 years, seven years of which as Manager, within the Company Compliance Unit of the Malta Financial Services Authority. He was also Compliance Manager with the biggest QROPS operator in Malta for over two years. He has also occupied senior positions within the Malta Civil Service.

Ray has a Diploma in International Compliance by ICA, a Bachelors of Arts degree and a Masters degree in Business Administration.
