Rachael McGeachie
Director (IOM), Head of Group Compliance
Rachael joined Affinity in 2014 and has over fifteen years’ experience working within the Isle of Man financial services industry; starting her career in the insurance sector within firms providing a wide range of services including captive, domestic and commercial brokers as well as bespoke underwriters with a particular focus on large scale claims adjustments.
Rachael’s skillset spans multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance and risk management specialising in Trust and Corporate Services as we as the eGaming industry.
Rachael is a highly skilled MLRO and financial crime prevention specialist with a passion for educating and mentorship.
Rachael is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and translates her experience and skills in risk identification, regulatory compliance and management to fulfil her role as Head of Group of Compliance, MLRO and Director of Affinity Isle of Man.
Outside of the office Rachael enjoys family time and travelling.
