Rachael McGeachie

Managing Director (Affinity Nav), Head of Group Compliance

Rachael joined Affinity in 2014 and has over fifteen years’ experience working within the Isle of Man financial services industry; starting her career in the insurance sector within firms providing a wide range of services including captive, domestic and commercial brokers as well as bespoke underwriters with a particular focus on large scale claims adjustments.

Rachael’s skillset spans multi-jurisdictional regulatory compliance and risk management specialising in Trust and Corporate Services as we as the eGaming industry. Rachael is a highly skilled MLRO and financial crime prevention specialist with a passion for educating and mentorship.

Rachael is a Fellow of the International Compliance Association and translates her experience and skills in risk identification, regulatory compliance and management to fulfil her role as Head of Group of Compliance.

In 2023 we launched a new brand, Affinity Nav, which provides new and existing clients with comprehensive compliance solutions and dedicated support in the regulated environment. Rachael’s natural fit with this initiative led her progression to Managing Director of Affinity Nav in 2024.

Outside of the office Rachael enjoys family time and travelling.
