Nicole Shand
Senior Compliance Administrator
Nicole joined Affinity in January 2020 in the Client Administration department where she soon developed a natural talent for regulatory requirements. Drawing on that, Nicole transferred to the Compliance Department in March 2021.
As Senior Compliance Administrator, Nicole works closely with the Head of Group Compliance and the Isle of Man Compliance Officer on all aspects of the implementation and maintenance of the company’s regulatory framework and risk mitigation measures. Nicole is currently working through International Compliance Association qualifications and has a keen focus on forensic due diligence investigations.
Outside of work Nicole enjoys yoga, health and wellbeing activities.
