Louise joined Affinity in January 2021 as a Client Administrator in the e-Gaming team. Louise’s role involves working closely with a portfolio of clients to assist them with licence application, the launch stage and providing support and on-going management thereafter.

Louise is keen on getting to know Affinity’s clients beyond the scope of her role and providing a more personal level of service. In her first year at Affinity, Louise developed her exceptional expertise and knowledge of the egaming sector, and her role progressed to Senior Client Administrator. 

Louise is currently studying for qualifications with the Chartered Governance Institute, and has a keen interest in esports.

Outside of work Louise enjoys yoga, video games and spending time with her rescue cat Cosmic.
