Kate has worked in the CSP industry for 13 years.  Since joining Affinity in 2013 as an Assistant Administrator, she has built a portfolio of clients she works closely with, providing direct support in areas such as day-to-day administration, VAT registration and structuring, importations, flag support and registration and crew assistance.

As an Assistant Manager, Kate provides guidance to the yachting team to support them with their day-to-day job responsibilities and professional development.

Kate also assists with new business, creating bespoke business proposals for potential new clients; seeing through ownership structures, insurance, yacht registrations and more through to fruition, providing guidance to new clients throughout the process and to existing clients looking to change structures in this ever-developing industry.

Outside of work Kate most enjoys getting off the island for gigs and festivals.  She has a busy social life and also enjoys travelling, walks and time in the gym.
