Donna joined Affinity in spring 2025 and brings a wealth of experience across a broad range of industries.

She’s passionate about personal growth, having achieved qualifications with the International Compliance Association and is currently working towards the ICA Finance Crime Prevention Diploma.

In her role, Donna supports the Group Head of Compliance, helping ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism regulations, while also keeping commercial goals in mind. She endeavours to be a supportive mentor to her team, supporting their development and growth and in their day-to-day job responsibilities.

Outside the office, Donna enjoys working in the community as a home Healthcare Assistant. She loves to travel, spend quality time with her family, catch live music at concerts, and relax at a spa whenever she gets the chance
