Charlotte Ronan
Director
Charlotte joined Affinity in August 2021 as a Director of Affinity (Isle of Man) Limited. Charlotte has a number of years’ experience in the Isle of Man legal sector, which brings an additional perspective on corporate and regulatory practices.
Having practiced as an advocate, Charlotte has advised on multi-jurisdictional corporate and commercial transactions as well as acting in a wide range of litigation and disputes including professional negligence matters, director disputes and regulatory issues.
As a member of the Board Charlotte is responsible for overseeing the Isle of Man office and maintaining the company’s high level of service it offers to its clients. Charlotte’s role includes a direct involvement in all of Affinity’s sectors, ensuring internal standards are upheld and managing team performance and delivery.
Charlotte enjoys travelling, is an avid tennis fan and loves to cook.
