Head of eGaming Strategy

A renowned figure in the egaming industry, Tony joined Affinity in 2024 from the Isle of Man Government. Tony holds invaluable experience and expert knowledge on the egaming industry, which he applies to shape our egaming strategy.

Tony holds an extensive network of trusted relationships in the egaming sector which supports our global service offering. Tony’s role will be centered around growing Navigator and providing support to our portfolio of Navigator clients with strategic guidance in egaming sector, including egaming licensing, regulatory support, and providing support with our navigator interactive learning platform.

Gary Harrison

Gary joined the Affinity Team in May 2021 with over 10 years of experience in the gaming sector.

He is extremely effective at developing and retaining long-term business relationships through identification and understanding of individual business model requirements.

Kristy Maxwell

Associate Director

Kristy is our Associate Director with over a decade of experience in corporate and information governance in the Isle of Man Government. She has spearheaded the creation of the Medicinal Cannabis Licensing framework at the Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC), leveraging her deep understanding of the island’s policies and regulations, which she helped draft.

With a solid background in overseeing licensing and supervision processes for the region’s online and terrestrial gambling sectors, Kristy stands as a trusted authority in her field. She’s an Associate member of the International Compliance Association with notable credentials in AML and Risk and a registered Professional Data Protection Specialist with the PDP Compliance Association.
