Alan was appointed Head of Marketing in December 2022. Alan’s role is to oversee the development of Affinity’s brand across all jurisdictions.

Originally from the Isle of Man, Alan now resides in Manchester. Alan is an experienced Company Director and marketing professional with a proven track record growing SaaS, tech, and finance companies. Over the years Alan has led multi-million-pound marketing, sales and operations functions, providing significant financial returns and winning multiple awards.

Alan grew up on the Isle of Man and met our CEO Andy Morgan at King Williams College. Alan, Andy and our COO Alex Gardner have gone on to work on several projects on and off island over the years.

Outside work Alan enjoys spending time with his wife and son, making regular trips to the Island and supporting six times European Champions Liverpool FC.
